Overview: This was a long duration project for Tobin & Sons, spanning two months. During that time we consolidated 300 trailer loads from multiple locations into their new facility. Full packing, unpacking and moving of the accounting department was accomplished without skipping a beat. Fulfillment areas were moved shelf to shelf to make for a seamless transfer to the new building, allowing orders to be pulled, as usual, on Monday morning.
